i think it's because dattebayo doesn't want it to be aired in the likes of crunchyroll, veoh, etc.. they want it to be licensed like the others...
and i think i heard another thing that the mangas will soon be licensed like the videos, but i hope it'll be not...

think he meant in cartoon network cus after the chunin exams they repeated the episodes.i guess they didnt translate the other episodes or something.
as for dattebayo,they troll all the time.there was an episode on 11/7 and last week there wasnt and episode 67 will be out after 2 days.here is the schedule for the rest of the episodes:
No New episode 17.7 because of Pokemon 2hr special.

and another thing.dattebayo cant license anything,why? Cus subbing episodes and downloading it for free is illegal so its not up to them but to other companies.and uploading the episodes will make dattebayo a target for those companies.even the manga we get everyweek is illegal.though if the manga get licensed,there will always be a way to read the new chapters like berserk.but if the anime get licensed,say goodbye to watching it online or worse,downloading it for free.
